Join the Team as a Beertender at Bay City Brewing Co PL!

Are you passionate about craft beer and love connecting with people? Bay City Brewing Co in Point Loma, located adjacent from Pechanga Arena, is looking for an experienced Beertender to join our team for the upcoming Gulls season! The ability to handle high volume service is required.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Beertender at Bay City Brewing Co PL, you’ll be the face of our brewery, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving Bay City beers with care and expertise, ensuring every pour is perfect in a high volume environment.
• This is a seasonal position for San Diego Gulls pre and post games.
• Engaging with customers to share your knowledge about our beer offerings and make recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting taproom environment.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Supporting your team to create a fun and collaborative work atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone with a passion for craft beer and a commitment to providing excellent service. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a bar, brewery, or taproom setting.
• ABC RBS Certification, Food Handler's are required.
• Must be available for all game days.
• Key holder experience a bonus.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
• A solid understanding of craft beer styles and the brewing process, Cicerone Certification recommended.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
